Stayed there a couple of days in one of the top floor rooms, nice balcony and bike friendly! Don't forget to bring a lock for your bike, the bike room is sometimes a bit crowded.
I prefer the Hotel Strela for a couple of years and you can still get a shower after your 2nd day biking before you go home
