Northern Beaches Cycling Club (NBCC) is a community-based cycling club located in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. We welcome riders across a wide range of cycling disciplines and experience levels, from social riders and recreational cyclists through to competitive racers. As an AusCycling-affiliated club, we support participation, skills development, fitness and community connection through organised rides, events and club activities. Our membership includes riders interested in social cycling, commuting, mountain biking, gravel, cyclocross and road riding, reflecting the club’s broad and inclusive approach to cycling.

For riders interested in mountain biking and gravel riding, we provide opportunities to explore Perth’s northern trail networks, bushland routes and mixed-surface adventures away from traffic. Our off-road focus includes social mountain bike rides, skills development, and participation in local trail communities and events. We have strong links with riding areas in Perth’s northern corridor, including the Yalbunullup Mountain Bike Trails at Lake Joondalup, where the club has supported advocacy for mountain biking access and future event opportunities. Gravel and adventure riding are also part of our non-road riding culture, with members regularly seeking out long-distance mixed-terrain routes, rail trails, fire roads and scenic backcountry riding throughout the region.
