The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Southwestern Division (SWD) is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and oversees USACE civil works, water-resource stewardship, engineering, and recreation programs across a large portion of the south-central United States. Its domestic districts manage extensive public lands and water resources, providing opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, equestrian riding, fishing, boating, camping, and other outdoor recreation. The Division’s mission is to provide vital public engineering services and stewardship of water-resource infrastructure while strengthening national security, supporting the economy, and reducing disaster risk.

Districts

For your Domestic Recreational hierarchy, the Southwestern Division has four districts:

Fort Worth District — Fort Worth, Texas
Galveston District — Galveston, Texas
Little Rock District — Little Rock, Arkansas
Tulsa District — Tulsa, Oklahoma

These four districts constitute the Division's domestic geographic districts. The Division also currently has responsibility for the Middle East District and Expeditionary District, but those are overseas/contingency organizations and are therefore excluded from the domestic recreational hierarchy you're building.
