Epic shop. I've been doing business with Chad, Brian, and the folks at RBB since 2007 (!), and have been consistently impressed with their impeccable business ethic, customer service, and technical acumen. From referring family and friends to spec'ing a new knolly for this season, they have been and continue to be my go-to "LBS", despite being hundreds of miles away.
