Bike Wanaka Inc has been in existence since the early 90’s developing and growing Mountain Biking (MTB) in the Upper Clutha region. We have a membership base of over 750 and an active committee.
As a club, we strive to:
Represent the MTB voice at local council level
Hold forum discussing MTB issues and opportunities
Act as custodians of the existing track network
Source funding and complete track building projects
Program track maintenance and allocate resources
Be recognised and trusted by the general public and land owners
Build strong relationships with other organisations- DOC, Lake Wanaka Tourism and Upper Clutha tracks trust.
