We rent high quality downhill specific bikes to descend upon some of the best and challenging terrain Quito Ecuador has to offer. We offer full-face helmets, knee/shin and elbow pads. Our tours consist of half to full day excursions with door to door pick up and drop off. Our guides are bi-lingual in English and Spanish and are seasoned cyclists plus mechanics.

Just got back from Ecuador riding with Flow. This was by far the best part of our trip! Guides were exceptional, making sure your safety came first, then all out FUN!
