BP's have fixed this entrance/ exit from Firehose and Fern Trail so it is a thin gravel trail. Use caution when exiting onto Cypress Bowl road as the trail exits into small round rocks in the drainage ditch on pavement.
Gravel has been recently laid and is still very soft. Gravel ends about 70m up then turns into very steep wide FSR to the rest of Fern Trail.
This will be one of the future BP trailheads for residential trail system.
