Bigfoot is alive and well in the Pacific Northwest, Bigfoot lore at least. One of the best places to indulge our curiosity of the Sasquatch phenomenon is at Espresso Chalet, a roadside espresso stand along the Stevens Pass Greenway segment of U.S. Route 2 in Index, Washington. The Espresso Chalet has been at this location over 20 years and was built at one of the filming sites of the 1987 film ‘Harry and The Hendersons’. The location in the film appears as the “Bigfoot Museum”, with Mount Index in the background.

Serving great coffee and awesome bigfoot cookies!

Owner, and avid Mountain biker, Mark Klein is a great guy to help point you to some local trails or on the latest conditions at Stevens Pass Bike park or Leavenworth trails.
