Description:
some snow banks over the trail high up in the switchbacks, also some icy patches below the melting snow areas. the ice bridge below trail camp is easy to avoid now but pretty scary looking. saw about 4-5 trash can size boulders rolled into (not fully blocking) the trail, no idea how recent but this hike was 6 days after the earthquake that closed the Whitney Portals.
