Description:
Wanted to include the ascent of lower dungeness as part of a larger loop with sleepy hollow and gold creek. After about a mile decided to bail and climb the road. Overgrown, muddy and occasional trees down resulted in very slow going. The road climb was actually very pleasant and scenic. Gold Creek was in ideal condition.

Dropped in from 3 o’clock DH with no issues to report. A little brushy in spots as you get close to and past the shelter but otherwise great. view
