Description:
Hike a biked up to the Delano Peak summit on 8/27/20. No issues, just steep trail all the way up. Was planning to connect down to The Pocket and Bullion Meadow but lost the trail on the saddle just east of Delano. Returned this year and road down Bullion to The Pocket and connected to Poison Creek heading east. Trail from there east was raw and in a couple spots hard to follow. Was able to pick it up easy enough, and after that it was easy to follow all the way to the Alunite Ridge Trailhead. Trail was in pretty good shape almost the whole way aside from some eroson in spots. There is some steep climbing to get to Alunite TH, likely hike a bike for most, but the trail tread was in pretty good shape for the most part.
