Description:
The east half of the track is unrideable on gravel tyres. It has recently had the surface broken up and levelled, but NOT packed down. Very loose earth/mud mixed with sharp stone. 40mm tyres just sinking in. Should pack down with a few weeks of trucks on it, I guess.

In surprisingly good condition despite recent rain. Potholed and somewhat rougher over the eastern half, but easily rideable on any gravel bike. view

Dry and firm, suitable for any width of tyre. Pretty rough and stony. view

Surface emulsion of clay mud, but basically good. view
