99% Dry. A couple small wet sections on the North facing switchbacks on Travois Trail.

 No - Just the Elk Range Trail section is closed from Feb. 1 - Jun 15. The rest of the trails are open. Weekend days have an alternating schedule for MTB & Hiking. Weekday, any activity is allowed.

 Yes it is open. Bikes only on certain days.
