Description:
Beautiful trail! However the surface is poorly maintained as a canal trail. I would only recommend a Mtn bike with at least front fork suspension. Many ruts have not been groomed out. Power company recently updated about 1/2 mile near the high voltage transmission right of way but not enough stone dust mixed in with stone.
It was a great 2- miler to Boonville and back. We had a wonderful lunch at Woodland Hulbert House. The cook knows his business and brew is pretty good too. Gotta love the rich history of downtown Boonville and the Hulbert House! The bar and painted murals are wonderful! Will definitely do this ride again!
