First part of the trail has several blow downs on it still, within the first few hundred feet. Probably intentionaly left as a screen out element to encourage people to go around via Fragrance Lake trail? Most of the stretch until it flattens out on the ridge is hike a bike, unless you're an amazing trials rider that can get up and over 3-4' rock ledges on 1-2' wide off camber tread with trees all around. From where it meets Fragrance Lake trail is a pretty fun rip to Cleator Rd.
