Jan 30, 2024 Indio Hills Badlands Trail Trail Report

Sandy and rock. Took my gravel bike on this hike and it was half hike a bike and half biking. Won’t bring the bike back here to do the full loop again since there are several tight canyons where the bike must be lifted high to fit. It was a fun day though since I was up for the challenge and the descents were fun. If I were to ride here again, I would do the southeast half of the loop as an out and back!
