 Status reported as "Significant Issue / Amber"; what is the issue?

 I had selected "tree down" but for some reason it didn't save and I can't edit. Also I did not mean to select "ideal" condition (apparently the phone app is not very good for making trail reports?) At any rate - there is a massive tree down on the trail, requires a chainsaw, and the whole thing could use a rake because of a thick layer of pine needles.
