Description:
The ground is now frozen, there is a light dusting of snow. Watch for possible ice under the snow or on bridges.
* Some areas may have flooded, then frozen as well - watch for "ice rinks"
* Please enjoy while we maintain freezing temps. Once the temps get above freezing and the sun comes out there could be muddy conditions again.
