May 08, 2025 Ridge Loop Trail Report

The trail conditions were near perfect. Perfect that is for this trail network. That being said with 80% sun exposure anything more than low 70deg and no wind boarders on a near too warm conditions. This is basically my home trail and is a great cross country training course from early spring until about now (unless you ride it really early in the morning). The trail has a little flow and technical/jump sections and is slowly adding more trail sections and features. The whole area has a lot of potential to become much larger but will always be a hot ride due to the west facing slopes. As you can see by my last ride I ventured north into a new trail being developed. Overall I'm glad the trail is there and it has a lot of virtues and expansion potential and is one of the best courses for the high school mtb teams in the area.
