 The upper section of the Red Vole trails was burned in the Beachie Creek fire in August of 2020. Since then, the backside of the privately held property was clear cut, and the trail are was salvaged logged. Because of this, the tail has become extremely overgrown, making it hard to find the trail. In November of 2024 we have started to clear the corridor, removing many downed trees. We will soon be mowing the trail area to prepare for an actual digging and reestablishing the trail this winter/ spring. Stay tuned for upcoming work parties ..
