Description:
Black Cap is riding great after being freshly rebuilt last fall and this spring by Tulip Trails. It's a whole lot easier to get up to the top of the network. The section of Black Cap past the top of the network will be closed in the coming weeks as Tulip Trails rebuilds that portion.
