Garbage Cow has been raked. It should be easier to follow now. It is rooty, technical in the last section before the exit, but it is rideable. view

I was able to ride down the whole trail without any major obstacles. It's a bit eroded at some points but you can just dab through. view

It kinda got replaced/improved by the lower part of trash panda, and hasn't been maintained since... should probably be removed from t'forks altogether.

It was still usable last year but if it remains in this state, it should be removed. I mostly use this old line because it makes the overall energy requirement for the trail a lot lower and I start my rides around Pottery so I'm usually pretty tired by the time I get here. Probably makes more sense to get off after the first paved trail crossing or exit onto Leslie than to maintain a trail for that purpose though.

@artvandelay33: I also used it last year as a bail-out to avoid the braking bumps on the big g-out. Hopefully it only needs some raking. I'll add it to my maintenance list.

@artvandelay33: I rode Garbage Cow today, and it rides just fine. The last part before the exit is rooty, but that is why we love the Don ; - )
