Description:
Local signage states Friends Track must be ridden in an anticlockwise direction. The initial ascent out of Wenham's Camp features a large amount of washed out exposed rock and is not climbable without dismounting. Patches of this continue up to the Mt Warby summit. The first ~20m of descent off the summit is heavily washed out exposing large rocks and required a walk. The descent into the valley running North towards Peregrine Track has some fun flow but is not heavily trafficked making the trail overgrown, harder to spot and is interrupted by some recent tree falls. The ascent out of the creek back towards Switchbacks/Wenhams is in good condition and would make a fun ride in reverse.

More like a walking track. Signs tell you MTBs should only travel one direction - up the grade. Too late when you're half way into it. view
