Lower West Humptulips Trail Trail Report - Variable - Aug 9, 2026

We started from the gorge bridge trailhead and atte.oted to ride north toward Pete's Creek trail. Trail was great until the first river crossing. water level was very low so we easily crossed with water shoes (shin to knee deep) but be aware and any other time this will be a challenge. after the crossing we started to follow some pink ribbons but it took us away from the trial per trailforks and caltopo. So we turned around and tried to hunt for the trail but it was clearly very over grown where it should have been. Looks like it is rated black because of the river crossings and potentially the hard to find trail.. the parts we could ride were greenish / blue.
