 It had been a drop forever. Then someone put in that short ladder, and not too well it seems.

 Why was it there to begin with? Does not look like it's even attached to anything.

 Before, it made the rock drop a roll. Now it is just a drop. It broke sometime between Monday eve and Wednesday aft.
