Not advisable for newer riders now as looks like Mx bikes have ripped it up all the way and made unrideable ruts proceed with care

Good rideable introduction to single track: ruts repaired - no problems here. Tight in places, especially with narrow gaps between trees (intentional to keep MX bikes out?) so just don't go too fast first time down.

MX bikes making ruts again and creating problems in places! How can we discourage them from riding UP trails? Asking nicely doesn't seem to work.

Nice little trail that's a bit easier than some on the Dent side of the valley, though can be a little hard to follow, especially when dappled with sunlight. Had a craic with the guy who built it and it's purposely narrow to try and keep motocross bikes out, and I think I'd prefer that than have more bar space. Keep up the good work Dave!

I had hoped to improve this trail with hardpack. I started, but Forestry have now barred me from working on this or any trail. That means that lots of maintenance (e.g. drainage and stuff which you don't notice) won't be done anymore. Sorry.
