Its Spring!!! This months Trail badge looks a little different. With the spring melt, we would ask all our members and trail users to please stay off the single track trails and give them some time to dry out. Muddy foot prints and tire ruts create a lot of damage to the sensitive trails in the city creating erosion and a lot of work for volunteers who end up having to spend their time fixing damage instead of making improvements. We are fortunate Saskatoon has a great network of paved and gravel trails built and maintained by the Meewasin Valley Authority that runs throughout the river valley. Go for a casual pedal, walk or run and check out The Meewasin Trail and Peterrson's Ravine and earn your April Badge. We appreciate everyone being patient and being good trail stewards and keeping our trail system healthy and sustainable for years to come!
