I went to CPW today for the first time. I called ahead and let them know what i needed. I was greeted immediately and the tech went to work. What had caused me hours of grief took him 15 minutes to fix. I was out the door for $25 for that piece, and i picked up some other equipment while i was there. 100% recommend this shop. They were responsive, they did not treat me stupid and they got my problem fixed immediately. I was back home within 25 minutes with my tire installed. I rode tonight for 80 minutes and she performed flawlessly! I will be back.
