Mind body bike, is the must that guides this project. There are many benefits in this online teaching formula. First of all, step by step allows anyone to learn and to do it in their own time. The material is always available and can be consulted infinitely. Constant support by Ryan Leech and a team of ambassadors from around the world, sharing progress and seeking tips, with other members, through a closed Facebook group. All handled with great professionalism. What do you expect to take a look at?

I joined RLC a couple of years ago and it was a relief to escape the world of 3-minute Utube skills videos that omit so much vital detail. Ryan's courses are broken down into numerous small video progressions and I love how you can work at your own pace. I'm now doing stuff I didn't even know existed before I joined. In fact, I loved the courses so much I became an Ambassador and help other members when they get stuck. This is a super supportive group of skills enthusiasts unlike anything else on the internet.

What @croe and @giasp72 said. There's nothing out there that I'm aware that has the depth for progression on specific skills.

The coaching support/feedback is provided within each lesson of each course. If you purchase a membership instead of an individual course, you get access to the private Facebook group where it's more of a community and support/feedback comes from fellow riders, too.

LIke @croe, I became an Ambassador after being a member for a long time, but 90% of my time is participating as a learner, going thru the course curriculums with everyone else.

This site, and more importantly interactions with Ryan Leech and his team, has been a game changer for me. I came 'back' to mountain biking after a long hiatus, and at age 49 (five years ago). I was able to ride trails ok, but did not really have the skills to conquer difficult trails, technical climbs, flow, obstacles or maintain balance in 'tight' situations.

I started on RLC with the 30 day Wheelie Challenge. After about 3 months, I was able to sustain a pretty decent wheelie, and my overall riding improved tremendously. Since then, I have gone through EVERY online course Ryan offers, and I look forward to the next. Ryan and his team of coaches, ambassadors (of which I am proud to say I am now a part of the team), and regular users are not only great at helping to develop skills, but are also supportive, nonjudgemental and fun!

The Facebook group adds another dimension, where riders can share their successes and failures, helping everyone grow and motivating the entire group to keep practicing, developing and exploring new ways to have fun on a mountain bike.

If you are not a member, but you enjoy riding, improving, and challenging yourself to grow-- it is the best investment you will ever make!

I can only reiterate what's been said above - these courses have changed my mtb life. Just love working on all skills - from little challenges that I wouldn't have considered previously to the bigger stuff like cornering, bunny hops etc... every course is broken down into logical bite-sized chunks and I've also really enjoyed the stuff that focuses on the mind as well as the body and the bike. My riding has improved so much since discovering this site...
