WIBC was formed in March 2010 to support, promote and educate about cycling on beautiful Whidbey Island, and surrounding areas of the Puget Sound. WIBC is made up of riders with all levels of experience.
WIBC goals include more riding, bringing cyclists together to ride and plan rides, advocating for safe cycling routes, developing community cycling events, mountain bike trail stewardship, and supporting community activities that involve cycling.
