BE WARNED!!! I recently bought a bike online, and when I received it, the bike had different components than was listed online. It had 3 different, cheaper components. When I inquired about this, they stated they are not responsible for their online listings. The only solution they offered me was a 20% discount through their website if I want to buy alternate parts, though most parts are out of stock. They refused to admit fault nor apologize (after giving them ample opportunity to do so) and after reaching out to the owner, Paul, he essentially said I should be grateful to recieve a shipped bike and that it was packaged to begin with (no jokes!). They made it clear that I was in the wrong for not being grateful or happy with their solution. So if you buy something online, you might not get what you ordered, and you will be stuck (and it will be your fault).
