Most knowledgable and professional experience I've ever had at a shop! Ian is THE suspension guru! Bought my new Cane Creek DB IL rear shock in April fro Ian and he helped me with sag and proper setup. Shock settings are perfect! Have not touched a single adjustment knob in 15 rides. I'd travel hours for this level of knowledge and experience, but so lucky to have Redtail Suspension so close to home!
