 Awesome service, knowledgable staff, great selection. I was out visiting family in Penticton and rented a bike from them. Somewhere along the line I lost the front through axle leaver on one of the trails. They could have insisted I pay full retail to replace it but they charged me less than their cost. Now that is classy.
