Barriles Area Trail Stewards was founded in 2018 by long-time local riders seeking to maintain the integrity of the trail network in the Los Barriles/Buena Vista area. Since then we've added hundreds of water bars, armored many sections of trail, and annually pruned mountains of vegetation AND removed the cut debris to keep out trails looking professionally manicured. Our trails are world class and we intend to keep raising the bar in terms of quality, safety, and sustainability. We exist because of the support of our local community. Thank you for your support.

BATS has done the majority of the work the Los Barriles trails, expanding the network, creating rad flow.building long lasting drainage solutions, and doing it all with an ever present respect for the environment and aesthetic of the area. I recommend donating what you can afford to if you value these trails, the donations go directly to the trail crew and are the primary funding keeping these trails open and awesome
I love riding here and am looking forward to spending the next three week in the area riding. (Oct 6 - Oct 26) We will be back again over Christmas. Would be interested in helping with some trail work. Is there a contact?
