 The people are very friendly and willing to deal just make sure you talk to Travis. They have great a very good mechanic there named Tyler he's certified and always get your bike dialled! They also have all the good bike brands

 Bought most of the stuff from my last bike build from Velocity....they put it all together and made sure it was done right...luv my new ride...they may not be the cheapest shop in town but you get what you pay for! zero regrets...Thanks to the crew at Velocity for building me my dream bike Smile

 I did almost 40 skids with Trav on a trail once! Best day ever! The boys are all great people and very passionate. Its nice to know that the guys in the shop are out on the trail also.

 great people. just given me shitty service. got quoted $15 and ended up paying $95 after labour. another time I paid $55 to get my back rim trued, and it wasn't even properly done.

 The people, the service, and the overall experience is great. Others said the prices are high, but they are pretty on par with most LBS

 i havent had a big repair done there yet but im going to go get rim delaced and then re laced to a different so we will see how that goes they gave some decent deals when i got a bunch of parts from them overall there a good shop to deal with

 Decent shop, prices are ok. I had a few problems getting a wheel hub rebuilt (ended up taking close to two weeks when they originally said two or three days). Always friendly and willing to deal a bit.
