Northshore Off-Road Biking Association (NORBA) is a Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association (SORBA) chapter and 501(c)(3) non-profit mountain bike and trail building alliance for the eastern Florida Parishes on the Northshore of New Orleans, Louisiana. NORBA works with land managers to create trail systems for mountain bikers and other outdoor athletes to enjoy.
