Chuck has been beyond helpful setting up my used bike I bought from pinkbike & everyone there puts up with me being a cheap downhiller. It may seem intimidating with $10,000 Specializeds on the walls but you just have to ask the right questions or get to the point with them.
Great shop. The entire team is always super helpful. You see these guys on the trail a lot too so they not only work at a shop but they ride which makes them better. Brian Gordon in particular rocks. Get a custom fit by him!
Ed Pineda runs this shop. He is not just a businessman...dude can rip....but typically would rather slow down and lead some of the better shop rides around. Ed gives to the community and you’ll see him frequenting local legendary events like Ride for Rwanda. Never pushy....always helpful...can’t speak for the other Rock n Road locations but I can give a big endorsement to Ed’s pad...
These guys are amazing. Always helping out with the local MTB community by putting on charity rides and helping out with the High School MTB League by sponsoring tons of events.
