I booked two tours with MTB Italy a week before the tours was scheduled. In short they responded like the tours was on, but did not give the confirmations. As a result I have to find another tour operator/guide only two days before arrival, I will definitely not book a private tour with these guys.
To my first query for the confirmations a day after the deposits was made, they responded with the following:
"Till now we did not reach the minimum number for the group, but I think we will get it in few days."
Four days later and still no confirmation I sent a new email and got this answer:
"Unfortunatly no groups for the dates requested from you. Only private guide. Do we have to refund your deposit or would you like to use it for the private tour?"

Hi Baarde, we are very sorry about your experience with us, on ours tours descriptions you can see that we need minimum 4p for the groups.

We are really sorry to annoyed you but is not that easy with only 1 person.
