Maribor Pohorje rises above the southern part of Maribor, and its foot is just a 15 minutes drive from the city center. With its diverse offer, Pohorje is an attractive tourist, sports and recreation center in the summer and winter.

GONDOLA/CABLEWAY
One of the symbols of Maribor Pohorje is the cableway that has been transporting passengers to an altitude above 1000 meters for more than six decades. As an indispensable part of the summer and winter activities, the cableway operates throughout the year, and you can come to its lower station by city bus line 6 (Cableway). Free parking spaces are available under the lower cableway station.
SUMMER SEASON
Pohorje offers many recreational opportunities and pleasant relaxation in the embrace of green nature during the summer. The offer in a natural environment, which is close but at the same time sufficiently withdrawn from the city bustle, ranges from hiking to various adrenaline experiences.
BIKE PARK POHORJE
Pohorje Bike Park consists of various long and demanding lines, which allow bold descents with mountain bikes. The blue trail Flow runs from the upper cableway station to the valley and is also suitable for less experienced users. Experienced and professional mountain bikers can also test their skills and courage on the Red Line and black World Cup trail. There is also a lighter circular Pump track at the lower cableway station.
HIKING
Pohorje is endowed with numerous attractive forest and other paths suitable for both families with children and other hikers.
