Well what could I say, professional shop to the FULLEST. They have everything from street to dirt, to whatever might fit in between. Great selection of bikes lots to choose from, if you want a bike shop for life this is it.

Probably the best selection of in stock items in the Pasadena area. Biggest shop for sure. Seems a bit expensive at times, but when they actually have what you want and no one else has it in stock.. Incycle isn't my first call, but I am happy customer.
Customer service is amazing here. They have gone far above any shop or store that I have every come in contact with. I really am not exaggerating. Yes, they have the selection. Yes, you could buy from other places. But the customer service alone will keep me coming back. They are loyal and take care of their customers.
Professional, large selection of bicycles (San Dimas shop had the largest selection and showroom) as this is a chain..also on in Chino (mid sized shop like the Pasadena one) I've been to. Had an OEM, 3rd party kickstand for my Trek..installation was free at the Chino shop. Friend's bike at the time was clicking when she shifted while in the third shop in San Dimas and needed a tuneup. Seems the factory settings were not true and tight..the tech/mechanic took it in..made a small adjustment and charged her $0. Wonderful experience here in all 3 shops..Pasadena had a smaller selection but at the time I was looking for Pearl Izumi riding gear..and they had a HUGE selection 5yrs back. Good customer service there as well...so 3 great shops.
