The owner has the best work ethic anybody could ask for. He does what other mechanics wouldn't do in going above and beyond to fix a bike or a persons mood. He will make you laugh and put a smile on your face because you get to ride your bike again and in a timely manner. This dude is as fair as they come. Ed is the best bike shop owner I've ever worked with. He's extremely knowledgeable about bikes, the engineering and technology behind bike building, trail building and systems, and the general area. Whenever I come in he treats my bike with the respect and dignity you'd expect from someone interacting with a horse. He's enthusiastic about getting people excited about cycling and empowering them to have the best possible experiences in the saddle.
