You are awesome because...
A press-fit bearing went out on the front wheel of my bike. Took the wheel into OTES and expected to hear, "There's a lot of people in front of you waiting for service on their bikes, could take a couple of days." That would, of course, have a huge impact on my mtb vacation, effectively ruining 1/2 of it due to no ride. Nope, they said come back in a hour. Walked around town and by the time we got back to OTES the wheel was fixed. Good on ya, OTES! This is a perfect example of a bike shop that has people working in it that are passionate about the sport of biking vs. just there to get a paycheck. Thank you so much for getting me back on the trail.
