 The employees here are pretty chill, I work in the shop next door and even so are always willing to help a brotha out with a nut or some obscure part that I can't find. The manager on the other hand is a complete a*shole, he is short-tempered and is very hostile to anyone not about to hand over large sums of cash.

They do not offer service in one of their 2 locations.

 My go to bike shop--been around forever and a day for good reason. Selection well beyond some of the other local shops, great pricing, and solid information (without typical bike shop attitude) keeps me coming back,

 This bike shop is trash. I know much more about the components. I threw out the word chain stay in the shop and they were like "huh?"
