Service is top notch, and the guys are great. They have TONS of weird parts lying around, and if you're in a pinch looking for that proprietary spoke or some other random part, chances are they will have it! The only thing I have to say is that their parts are expensive... This is trus with most LBS, but for example their Hope Pro II 15mm conversion end caps cost twice as much as online. I told them and they seemed totally indifferent. So bought them from Jenson
Extremely dishonest. The owner tells lies to cover for other lies and dishonesty. The mechanics are incompetent. Asked them to check my pivots because the bike had lots of use. They put grease on the bottom pivot bolt. After I got the bike back it had a creak. I took it back to them. The mechanic tightened the bottom pivot bolt very tight. It still had an even worse creak. I took it back again and they said I would have to leave the bike for 1 1/2 days. Rather than leave the bike, I went home and managed to get the bolt off the bottom pivot and found that the bearing was seized. I called the manager and he claimed that I told him I didn't want them "in there" and that they always put grease on the bolts only to cure creaks. He refunded the labor for pivot work and for replacing my brake pads which I didn't authorize at all.
