SNORC is a community based mountain bike club in Sydneys North run by volunteers. Originally formed in 2008 as HSMBA, this official mountain bike club has strong origins in trail advocacy, community relations and maintains healthy relationships with Hornsby Shire Council and local bush care groups.
SNORC is dedicated to providing the local Northern Suburbs community with the opportunity to use mountain biking as a healthy outdoor form of recreation, catering for all ages and levels of riding ability. SNORC also aims to create community by providing a medium for families and people with similar interests to join together, enjoying the local bushland whilst maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
SNORC's vision is to provide future recreational facilities within the Northern Suburbs where riders within the local community will have to opportunity to ride purpose built, sustainable mountain bike trails.
