Mountain Top Resort's Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Center is located in Chittenden, Vermont. With 60 KM of trails (40KM Groomed), and 2KM covered with snowmaking, it's one of the oldest cross-country ski centers in the United States.
State-of-the-art grooming, snowmaking, and an elevation of over 2100 feet, you're nearly guaranteed great conditions and trails.
Located on 700 private acres, Mountain Top Resort is tucked away in high country, while being only a few miles from Killington. The trails are well manicured, and provide sweeping views of the mountain lake, the expansive Green Mountain National Forest, and offers easy access to the Catamount Trail.
Mountain Top Resort also has a full-service spa and salon and offers seasonal activities throughout the year. In the winter, you'll experience sledding, ice skating, and horse-drawn sleigh rides. In the summer, join us for horseback riding, clay bird shooting, and pontoon boat rides.
The Nordic Center offers lessons and rentals for both XC Skiing and Snowshoeing. Lessons must be reserved in advance and can be done so through 802.483.6089.
