The Georgetown Trails Foundation (GTF) is a Georgetown, Texas–based nonprofit that advocates for, develops, and supports natural-surface trails in Georgetown.
Our mission is to promote, create, and maintain a natural surface trail system in Georgetown for outdoor recreation, public health and well-being, economic development, and community enrichment.
GTF’s role is to help bring natural-surface trail projects to life and support their ongoing stewardship. The Foundation works with the City of Georgetown, property owners, community partners, and volunteers on trail development and maintenance.
For mountain bikers, hikers, runners, and other trail users, GTF provides opportunities to get involved through volunteer trail work, events, and financial support. The Foundation’s efforts help strengthen Georgetown’s outdoor recreation opportunities while supporting the community’s investment in local trails.
