The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I thought the first time might be someone having a bad day but the second time was worse. Stopped in for parts as they are the only specialized dealer in town. Service tech was the most self righteous prick I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in the bike industry. One word answers and refused to even look at my bike. I only needed a screw. As a local I'm embarrassed that people like this are the face of Moab to visiting riders. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other bike shops on town with friendly staff that appreciate your business.
Horrible customer service. It's like they are trying to go out of business. They rent worn out mid level bikes for almost as much as other shops in the area charge for high level bikes. They were swapping parts from other bikes before they sent the rentals out.
They guys here were all very professional with the customer as a priority. All were very accomodating with some good clothing and parts. I always looking forward to going back and reconnecting.

Great shop started by the Groffs whom are locals in Moab. Amazing family! Will surely go to them everytime I need bike related gear!
