CBA is a non-profit trail association with the targets and ambitions of:

A/ Federate the riders of the area:
- Represent the local and visiting riders towards the entities of the parish, businesses, hotels, restaurants, tourist offices, shops, e.g. bike rentals
- Organize various events or gatherings
- Local animations
- Territory promotion
B/ Collaborate with other institutional organizations (Comu, firefighters, SUM, Massana leisure center, local federations, associations, or companies directly or indirectly linked to trail uses)

C/ Officialize existing trails and organize their network:
- Negotiation with local stakeholders, whether they are property owners or the Commune
- Signage
- Map
- Maintenance
- Safety
- Environmental responsibility and working towards sustainability
- Creation of new trails
