good, i'm glad they're closed, but unfortunately they're in utah now. DO NOT buy anything from this criminal! do your homework and read the reviews. i personally bought a freehub and they took my money fast but shipped me an empty box. they won't return VM's or email's and the phone goes directly automated and you'll never talk to a human. check this outhttp://forums.mtbr.com/where-best-deals/bikepartsexpress-com-scam-811741.html
